InnovaIT Global is an IT consulting and staffing company in Chesterfield, Missouri. We work with enterprises and IT partners who need software built, programs run, or specialists placed on their teams.

Our story

InnovaIT Global was set up to connect three groups that often struggle to find each other: companies with technology work to do, the IT partners who deliver that work, and skilled people looking for the right role.

Today we support clients through consulting, project delivery, training and staffing. When a client needs a specialist, we look for someone who fits both the stack and the team. When a promising candidate is missing a skill, we help them train before placement rather than passing them over.

We are based in Chesterfield, Missouri, and work with clients and consultants across the United States.

    Our work does not end when a consultant starts. We check in with both the client and the consultant, and step in early if something is not working.

    When a strong candidate is missing one skill for a role, we help them close the gap with targeted training before they join the client.

    We stay in touch with screened candidates between assignments, so we can respond to new requirements quickly instead of starting every search from zero.
